Englobe provided the Pierre-De Saurel wind farm (Parc éolien Pierre-De Saurel) with a full range of support services related to public hearings using a turnkey support system. Services included preparation and review of content, internal preparation for the public and the promotion team, management of BAPE hearings, relations with affected communities, public communications related to the hearings, and media monitoring services. Englobe’s services aimed to improve performance related to the hearings through rigorous and proactive preparation, demonstrating to both BAPE and the public the client’s commitment to dealing with issues identified by the impact study and the type of response given for the project submitted to consultation, thereby proving a certain level of transparency.

Englobe performed an assessment of social issues raised by the project, in order to propose an adapted work plan. The findings helped direct the client’s work both outside of and during the public hearings.
